You really need to re-state this situation as it is impossible to help when
you are less than helpful with your problem.
What version of Office? New installation or upgrade? What error message do
you get? Did you disable your AV before installing? What operating system
are you using? Did you check compatibility before attempting to install? Is
this software purchased at retail or OEM?
