Installing Office 2000 Proofing Tools is *very* slow

I am reinstalling Office 2000 on a computer for which I needed to reformat
the HD. After full install of Office 2000 (UK version), I wanted to install
the Proofing Tools to get disctionnaries and spellcheckers in Dutch. The
installation ventually suceeded but it took a *very*long time (about 20 min,
during which the computer seemd to remain idle for most of the time. I did
not notice this umon the original installation. The only difference between
the two installations I can see is that the former was made under WinXP-SP1
as OS (and the computer was only subsequently upgraded to SP2), whereas the
new installation was made right away under WinXP-SP2.
Any comment ?
