installing Office 2003/no cd!

Hi, ok I made a grave mistake. I unintalled Office 2003 because of some
issues on my machine. Now I want to install it again..but wait I don't have
the full version install cd! Ok, so I spent money on shipping the Evaluation
version, then I bought the full version online and converted the trial cd but
I never received the cd in the mail and its been 6 months now. But I didn't
know I needed the full install cd..I thought I just needed the trial cd and
the product key they gave me online. So I talked with someone at micro$oft
and they told me to send an email to (e-mail address removed) and request a cd. But that
dept has no phone! Just an email! What a joke. Is there a quicker way to
get my cd!!

Not from us - none of us works at Microsoft. And the longer you put off
calling them, the longer it's going to take you to get your disk.

For the future, always buy your software from a reputable trader. If
you buy anything online then make sure you have their real address (not
just a web address), a telephone and fax numbers, and email address.

Always make sure you have checked these ones out before placing the
order. There are lots of bogus sellers trying to get your money.
