Installing Office Professional 2000

I have a true genuine CD with Office Professional. It was purchased from
Micro Warehouse (bought out by CDW). It has the genuine Microsoft hologram
around
the center of the CD. It is not illegal or bootleg. I enter the Product
Key that is
on the back of the CD and am told it is not valid. I can go no further. I
have tried
this on valid version of Windows98 and Windows2000 Professional.
Please advise on how I can install this product. I legally paid for this
product
and have not been able to install it.

Also, make sure you're reading 5 and not S, or 0 and not O, etc. Have you
