Installing signatures in Entourage on my mac

Download theme selections
Click the Download link for the theme you want.
Follow the instructions on the screen to save the file to your hard
disk.
If you are using Internet Explorer, the Download Manager saves the file
to the desktop unless you specified a different download folder in the
Preferences dialog box (Download Options pane).

On your hard disk, double-click the <name of theme>.sit file that you
downloaded to expand it.
Depending on the Web browser that you are currently using, this step
might be performed for you automatically.

The new folder contains the following types of files:
Signature templates - E-mail message files that end in an .eml
extension
Backgrounds - Graphic files that end in a .jpg or .gif extension


When i do this and I go to double click it so that it opens it ask
which application I want to open it with? Anybody know whats up? -

Select one of the .eml files, and hit cmd-I to 'Get Info'.
In the info box, you can choose Entourage as the app to open this file, then
click the 'change all' button so all .eml files will open with Entourage.

Ok , first let me reply by saying thanks for taking the time to help me
out. Know, I did as stated and then I double clicked to open and all
that happened was a new e-mail popped up?? Am i missing something?
trying to give my e-mail messages some pizzaz- no luck so far
