installing speech recognition

I can not install the "speech recognition" in my "MS office professional with
frontpage".
It shows me the following information:"The feature you are trying to use is
on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again or enter an
alternate path to a folder containing the installation package"PROPLUS.MSI"
in the box below." "E1706".
Dear all, please tell me how can i do now.
