I didn't have an update installed, as the problem I always got when trying
to install an upgrade was that it could not locate the "Office" folder on my
HD. When first installed, Office creates a folder in the applications folder
called "Microsoft Office X" which would explain why it can't find "Office"
when trying to run an upgrade.
In regards to trying to get my old messages back into the new install of
Entourage, I just keep getting the message: "This identity can not be opened
by this version of Entourage". Very strange and very annoying.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
