Installing XP Small Business

Mang

I had a PC that was loaded with viruses. I had to
reformat the drive now I'm trying to load my "purchased-
legal" MS Office XP Small Business, program and I'm being
told that I've entered an incorrect Product code Key! I'm
getting very miffed trying to get some answers from MS,
seems like thier WEB site send you chasing your own tail.
- What do I do to even load the software back into my PC?
- Is there a customer service location site to get help
from without giving-up your first born child?
Thanks..
Mang

Yes - it's called the website of your system manufacturer. Office XP SBE was
only available with a new system and, as such, MS will not assist as all
support is the responsibility of the OEM.
