Insufficient Memory or disk space

I have outlook 2000-sp3 and have all the patchs and when
I try to forword a email to someone I get a window that
says (THERE IS INSUFFICIENT MEMORY OR DISK SPACE. WORD
CANNOT DISPLAY THE REPUESTED FONT)???????????? This just
started the last two days. It all started when I was
using outlook sp1.I went to Microsoft Download site and
downlowed the sp3 patch and still the same thing
happens??. I have plenty of Ram and 120GB of disk space.
