Explanation: mail could not be sent
Account: Yahoo

But when I switched to another account, it has no problem at all. thanks for help.

Sounds like your mailbox on Yahoo is full.

Thanks.
I have checked my Yahoo mail box through the homepage but it's empty. I also tried to delete mails in sent items but it still doesn't help. what else could I try?

I have also tried sending email using Yahoo account via my office outlook. it has no problem at all.

Create a new Identity in Entourage and see if it will send.
