integrating two outlook calendars

I have just completed entry of all our family's important dates into my
wife's outlook profile and set up the calendar sharing with no problem. The
calendars can be viewed as overlays, however; how do I integrate her calendar
into mine so I don't double the work and the complete calendar can be up
loaded to my Blackberry?

switch to a table view, like By category, select all, copy and paste into
your calendar.
