Interactive CD

Hello, here is my dilemma, I have to create a "paperless" orientation binder
for new hire employees. At first it was suggested to create links that took
you directly to the specified place where information is stored. How ever
this orientation manual is 696 pages and I think that an "Interactive E
learning CD" would be more useful and easier for new hires to use. I would
like to add a menu with tabs that take you to specified chapter, and tests at
the end of each chapter. Please help me, what program can/should I use to
complete this? I am out of ideas.

Thanks,

So would I.

Don't do it in PowerPoint -- too much potential for broken links when you
get that many slides involved.
