Interface not registered drop-down menu when using word why?

I've receive the Interface not registered error message when I try to send or
to save an e-mail message to the Drafts folder in Outlook 2003. I've also
tried to resolve the matter by entering
Regsvr32.exe%Windir%\system32\Ole32.dll from the run dialog box at start and
clicking OK. An error message states: windows cannot access the specified
device, path, or file. I need permission to access this item. May I get a
reply to this matter? My e-mail is (e-mail address removed). My OS is
Microsoft Windows XP 2003 on a pentinum 3 computer.

Please post in microsoft.public.outlook instead of our group.

Your request has nothing to do with BCM. I would attempt to run Repair
Office process. Help -> Detect and Repair

In your post you have no space between exe and the first % sign. There
should be a space between the two. I strongly doubt that re-registering
ole32.dll would help anyway. Should I assume that is a typo, or did you use
the command verbaitm?
