"Interface not registered" when using Word with Outlook

All products had been previously activated and registered according to MS
instructions provided with software. I use Webroot "Window Washer" as
regular maintenance on my PC. Problem seems to have occurred after latest
"washing". Could I have erased activation and registration accidentally? If
so, how do i get them back?
