Intermittent email problems

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Email Client: Exchange I am having problems send out emails to outside addresses.
Originally I could only send emails to email addresses within my company, but I have updated Entourage and was able to send to personal gmail and hotmail accounts to test.

Now some emails are getting through to my contacts but others dont seem to be, even when sent to the same address

This sounds more like a setting on the server than in Entourage.
