Intermittent Vanishing Messages

We are having a problem with messages that occasionally just go off into
cyberspace, and never get received by the sender, but we don't get a message
saying that they couldn't be delivered.

It happens more often with recipients in the c.c. or b.c.c. Field, but it
also happens occasionally with the main recipient.

This was never a problem in the past, but is happening on a regular basis
now...

Is anyone else experiencing this problem, or does anyone know what might
cause the problem?

Hi Debra
Are you sure that there is not any rule at the Exchange level or ISP which
is affecting some of the emails
