Internal Error 2349 - Detect Repair Word 2000 SR1 Pro

Ran a Detect & Repair Option on the above and during
repair received the following:

"INTERNAL ERROR 2349 Please contact product support for
assistance"

Followed by: "Setup failed"

Was online at the time and had CD installed.

Can anyone help with solution to this problem.

Hi Graham,

This could be caused by a dirty or scratched CD. Inspect and clean the
disk and see if that rectifies the problem.
