Internal Error 2349

I had virus's in my computer so we had to reload Windows
since then we also reloaded nortons, but when I tried to
load microsoft pictore it 2002 it comes up with 'Internal
Error 2349", I read on the internet that it could be
Norton's so I uninstalled it, but still same problem. I
am not a smartee at the computer, so if anyone has any
ideas please can you tell me in ABC language.
