Internet Mail option

I recently reloaded my Office 97 software onto my new HP
computer.
Problem: there is no 'Internet Mail' option in the
Services listing. There is FaxMail, Microsoft Mail and a
few others. How do I get my e-mail server info into
Outlook so that I can access and DL from my e-mailbox
(highstream.net)?
