Invalid Address and Change in Reply Address

One Outlook 2003 user has been configured for multiple accounts (default
profile). One account set up for MS Exchange in our corporate network,
another 2 for web mail.

When the user replies to a co-worker, the reply address changes. This does
not happen all the time i.e. when [email protected] sends a message and the
user replies, reply address changes to DOE. Checked his local address books
and there is no DOE entry.

Another case happened recently when he replied to all. All addresses are
correct, half got the reply, the other half did not. He got an invalid
address error. Checked the invalid addresses again but they were correct.
