invalid DN syntax in outlook 2002, 2003

Hi,

When I try to click on the "organization" tab of returned properties box
from Directory service, I got a error message "Invalid DN syntax" and manager
dn is not able to display. I have no problem to use the DN in regular LDAP
search or in outlook 2000.
Is the outlook 2002 , 2003 problem? or it is a DN syntax problem? if so,
what is correct DN syntax?

My current DN syntax is : uid=userid,ou=people,o=company.com
