Invalid ID or Password Error

I am attempting to set up my Entourage to connect to an Exchange 5.5
server. For some reason, when I fill in the users account info,
emailbox, etc. the program will give me an "Invalid ID or password
error" while it's attempting to authenticate to the mailbox. However,
if I fill the administrator information in, it logs in just fine to the
mailbox bound to the domain admin account. What could be the problem?
Maybe I'm having problems determining what information goes where? What
specific info should be filled in each box - specifically "account ID,
account name, etc."
