Invalid Product Key Warning when attempt Setup

received free roll-0ut Office 2003 Prof Ed. Upgraded 'old' computer to WinXP, installed Off2003Pro all was well, then when attempted to increase computer memory I ended up with only 64mg... so bought new computer, all the bells and whistles
Problem is when I attempt to use Off2003 programs I get a Setup window that says MS Off2003 Standard Edition...when I enter the Product Key on my Off2003 ProfEd it will not accept it... what do I do now? I cannot use the 'old' computer and the 'new'computer won't let me use Off2003ProfEd Key Code...
