Invalid sender address with error code - 17099

I got a window pop up when sending text based message out to my ISP's
SMTP server. The only message shown on the Error was "Invalid sender
address." & the Explanation was "Mail could not be sent." no further
explanation. I got such issue occasionally and don't know why it came
back to normal without setting change.

Every time I've seen this message, Entourage has been correct: the address
(or more commonly, one of several addresses) was formed incorrectly. Check
carefully that all the addresses on the e-mail have proper syntax and valid
domains.
