I have an invisible email stuck in the Entourage outbox.
Originally there were 3. When trying to send the then visible
mails I received an unknown error code 4362 message (all had
the same .pdf attachment which I was having trouble saving).
Entourage crashed and re-crashed and continues to crash when
I try to delete.
I managed to get 2 to appear by clicking on the blank window
and was able to delete them but the 3rd will not come up. I know
it is there by the gap seen at the top of the emails and it is shown
in the progress list. The error message appears every time I click
on the gap in the outbox list and Entourage crashes again.
I there some other way of deleting that email?
