I'm sure a site admin can move this if there is a thread dedicated to this
subject but I am short on time so I'll just post this here. One of my users
compained that the template thumbnails in Powerpoint were not showing up in
the template selection frame. She could still click in an area and it would
format the current slide according to what she clicked on but she couldn't
see the thumbnail before she clicked on it. I just went in a deleted all her
temporary files and that took care of the problem. She can now see the
template thumbnails just fine.
