Invitation reponse controls disabled

Running OSX 10.4.5 on a dual 2.3 ghz tower and Entourage 11.2.1. THe
Server is an Exchange server.

When I receive invitations, all of the response controls appear
diabled. I CAN see other's schedules, and create invitations.

Called Microsoft support, and got no help. Called my own IT group, and
they are baffled.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I have seen others out there post this problem to the board, but no
solution.I know there is an issue with delegates that can cause this
problem, but I have not delegated authority to anyone else. I still
can't accept invites in entourage! anyone?
