I am a new Mac user and thus a new Entourage user. I am trying to set
up a meeting that recurs once a month on the last Friday of each month.
I want to send out an invitation but I only want people to have to
confirm their presence at the next meeting - not all of the meetings in
the future (they would not want to commit to more than one meeting at a
time - scientists!) Do I have to make each meeting occurence a separate
meeting in order to accomplish this? Any help would be appreciated.
