Invite acceptance inconsistency

Accepting Invites from Calendar does not delete the invite as it does when
accepted from InBox.

This is a bug, right?

Probably "by design" in that it was simply not designed to delete the
original message if Entourage had already accepted tentatively and
placed it on your calendar.

A "bug" would be more along the lines of we intended X to work this way
but it doesn't.

Oversight would be a better term.
