How can I invite a person afterwards to an event without to invite the
former invited persons again?
The only workaround seems to be to cancel the invitations, then invite
everybody including the new invitees, again. It's up to you whether the
notify the original invitees when canceling, or not. Probably it's less
confusing to them to just send them a repeat invite without notifying them
of the cancellation. But then you'll see them twice. Maybe notify them of
the cancellation (message something like "Please excuse this pro-forma
cancellation and re-invitation to follow. It's required by my email client
to allow me to invite new attendees. There's no need to reply." or something
like that.)
