iphone, entourage and Bell South

I recently switched to Entourage 2008 and suddently I find that I rarely get
email on my iphone. I also rarely get it on webmail through Bell South. In
preferences I selected the sync options. In the past on my home imac I always
checked email via webmail. Any ideas on what is going on and how to fix it?
