iris catastrophic error

Hello,
When I start outlook 2003 I get loud beeps and a small
window that pops up saying
Header: Iris Catastrophic Error"
Message" Could not initialize CLR Unknown error"
with an OK box.
When I click OK it will repeat at least 4 times before it
quits and then repeats again randomly as long as outlook
is open.

iris is the code name for Business Contact Manager - do you have the RTM
version and if so, did you install it over the beta builds?

Is Office Professional Edition 2003. Do not think it is
beta. It is a copy that a coworker let me borrow and
try.
