Is everything I need in "Office 2004 identities"?

I need to remove Office 2004 and re-install again from original CD. I
need to do this because I migrated to my new iMac and found a Test
Drive for Office there which I didn't need. I moved it to the trash and

am now having problems with my original version.

Does the "Microsoft Used Data" folder and in particular "Office 2004
identities" have everything I need in it - accounts, rules, email
messages, signatures, the lot?

What about other users, should I back up each individual's directory
too?

Be sure to update Office 2004 after installing. Look under Help in the menu
bar to update.
