Is everything in Main Identity folder?

Hi all,

I just want to make sure I am backing everything up (messages,
contacts, preferences, etc.) When I am backiing up main Identity
folder.

So that in case my HD dies, I can reinstall Entourage X, and restore
all messages, contacts, preferences quickly.

Not quite. That will back up all the data specific to that identity, but if
you want to back up other things such as other identities or files that span
identities such as the script menu items, you'll need to back up the entire
Microsoft User Data folder.
