Is it possible to add custom tabs to the general templates window in word XP?

I have removed all the standard templates that appear in the general
templates window (contemporary fax etc) and now only have one tab left
"General".

Is it possible to create your own tabs in the general templates window
with Word XP?

So I could, for example have a HR tab and a Sales tab for staff to
find the documents relevant to their dept?
