Is it possible to create a "Contact us" form for a website whereby a visitor completes the form and their details are imported directly into Entourage contacts as an email attachment?

If so, please advise how.

My web development experience is limited, but here's something to try.
Collect the information, put it into a document in vCard (.vcf) format, and
email that .vcf as an attachment to Entourage. I expect that you could then
drag the .vcf into the address book and get the details into Entourage.

I have not actually tried this however, so good luck.
