Is it possible to sync the Entourage calendar with iCal?

My family shares the iCal calendar--not everyone uses Office, plus I don't
know how to publish the entourage calendar.

I love the functionality of the entourage set-up so I frankly would prefer
to do everything in entourage, then sync to iCal and update it daily.
