Is it possible to view Outlook Options w/o logging in as the user?

Hello.

We need to see the Outlook POtions specially the Auto Archiving settings in
a user's Outlook. Is this possible w/o logging in as the user?

Computer is accessible remotely via Windows Explorer and can even log in as
someone else.

Is there a configuration file that can be clicked on to view these options?

Thanks in advance

The setting is kept in the registry;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Preferences
DoAging

Value 1, means that AutoArchive is turned on
Value 0 or if the key is missing it means it is turned off.

Easiest approach would be to create a login script or do a remote scan that
checks the value and reports it to a central location.
