As far as I know, Microsoft is sending a "gift" to all beta testers
(enrolled in the beta, not public beta users) scheduled to arrive sometime
this month. As for what the local subsidiaries will be giving away, it is
entirely up to them to decide what they will or won't give away.
If you paid the $19.95 for shipping and handling, I do not believe that you
will receive anything from Microsoft except the experience of using beta
software.
