Is someone reading my email?

Hi

Is there any way of knowing whether my emails are being read,
particularly by those with administrative privileges? If they are, is
there any way to stop it happening?

No and YES - Don't get them sent to work (if that's the Admins you talking of)

The second answer is still no - the Admins can read anything you have in
your mailbox... and password protected .pst files are easy to crack for
those who know how.
