is there a command to reveal the appropriate pages numbers on a contents page?

I am attempting to create a contents page that refers to
appropriate page numbers against each section heading.

The problem is that my model is already 64 pages long, and
the page numbering chnages conststantly. Revising the
contents page manually is becomming a bore.

Is there a way of automating this link?

It sounds like you're describing a Word document, but if this is an
