Is there a Publisher (otemplate for DVD Case Inserts (10.75" x 7.2

I need to create a DVD Case Insert approx 10.75" x 7.2"(video store case
size). I cannot find a template. Could anyone suggest where I could find a
template?

You didn't say what version, but in Publisher 2003, choose New from the File
drop down menu, and then choose New from a design, scroll to labels, click
on CD/DVD labels. Case Inserts for various Avery products.
