Is there a shortcut key for this?

I use the "Command =" Add To Address Book feature all the time; when a
new person email comes in, and I want to add them to my Address book,
it only takes a second with that shortcut.

The new contact window then appears and it's in the Summary view. I'm
wondering if there is a keyboard shortcut that will allow me to get
into the Name & Email tab (or any other tab) without reaching for my
mouse and doing it manually.

Not a big thing, but wanted to ask nonetheless.

Control-tab to switch between panes, then tab between fields
