Is there a way? 2 separate questions

Question 1
I have a user that sends out a newsletter to 60+ people he always buts them
in BCC and sends it out. but sometimes he forgets and just clicks on then and
they to to the TO field and he sends it out. Is there a way to make a
distrubution list and always have it default to the BCC?



Question 2
I have a standard outlook user that sends a newsletter type email out to
about 40 people. He doesn't want to add everyone to the BCC because he wants
the email to look like it was to the individual person and no one else.
Can this be done?

1) Nope

2) You can do a mail merge for that. To initiate go to the Contacts folder
and choose Tools-> Mail Merge...
