someone knows if there is any way to insert the brackets of a field directly
form keyboard (not useing ctrl+F9) ??

You can assign any keyboard shortcut you want to the command
InsertFieldChars ("Tools > Customize... > Keyboard... > All commands").
If your goal is to insert single (opening or closing) braces: That isn't
possible.
