Is there a way to make an all day event end at 11:59pm?

When I set multi-day appointments and check the box that makes it all-day
event beginning on one date and ending on the next, I am having trouble
syncing with my Treo calendar. Treo calendar will only accept recurring
appointments and adds an extra day to all multi day appointments. If I can
set the default on the Outlook calendar to have all-day appointments end at
11:59pm instead of 12:00am, I think this will solve the problem.
