Is there a way to make page number references relative?

I use Publisher for our product catalog. There are a lot of "see page X" in
it.

In MS Word you can do a Ref to a bookmark on a page. So if the bookmark
moves, the page # ref gets updated automatically.

Since Publisher doesn't have a global search (find "5" and make it "6") this
makes is VERY VERY hard to keep all the page number references current.

Any suggestions?

FYI, I just realized that you can do a global search in Publisher. (Nice
change from the older Publisher which, IIRC, didn't support that).

But, I'd still love to be able to to the page ref thing.

yes, I had considered that (and thanks for confirming that it works).

However, this is for things in a table of contents. So :

1. I'll have multiple references (one text box will reference 5 or 10 other
pages). The method you describe lets one textbox reference only one other
textbox.,

2. I have on control over the descriptive text (it's always "continued on
page")

I need to be able to have:

Product 1...page 3
Product 2...page 5

And when product1 moves from page 3 to 12 then the above # gets updated.

I'll try looking under "table of contents".

Thanks for trying.
