Is there a way to make the forum results indent?

I used the forum creator using templates found on the front page program.
And now i want to be able to indent the "post" functions and cant figure out
how to.

http://www.stearnsalumni.com/forum/forum/00000006.htm as you can see with
this example, i have a "bar" and would like for the text to be to the right
of the bar. I have just recently started programing, and tried some stuff
but couldnt get it to indent...
