Is there a way to restrict my list usage

Hi,

I have created a list of partners for whom I need to send
out a message. I don't want to spread out their e-mail
ids. So, I need to use this list always in bcc. Yesterday
I did the embarassing act of putting their list in To
field and exposing their e-mail ids.

I was wondering about availability of any facility/feature
in outlook to restrict the contact(individual or list) to
a specific field like To, CC or BCC. Is it available? If
the feature is not available, is there a way to achieve it
without remebering that always need to use it in BCC.
