Is there a way to save unsent mail as an Entourage mail file instead of as text?

I run an internet business and would like to have boilerplate e-mails
to use for some routine transactions. If I use SaveAs for mail a
receive, there is an option to choose the format, but there isn't such
an option if I'm saving mail I haven't sent yet. Any advice?

In addition you can use applications that insert text like Typist. Note
however, the author has not upgraded this application recently.

Type it applications like TypeIt4Me and SpellCatcher X that use shortcuts
to insert text can also be used.
